Hybrid Bootcamp
Commencing 27th October 2014
Hybrid Bootcamp
Hybrid Bootcamp is a six week intense fitness program utilising Russian Kettlebells combined with Boxing Focus Pad work to give you an unrivalled fitness workout.
The first week will see a revision of both Kettlebell and Boxing techniques as we throw you into an hour and 15 minute long session, three times a week.
If you put in the effort, lift to your maximum and don’t take short cuts then there is no program out there that can match the Hybrid Bootcamp.’
Where to Meet
The Hybrid Bootcamp participants will meet at Fighting Fit for each session.
Please be five minutes early so that we can mark a roll and check for any injuries or illness (we’re able to modify the program to suit everyone and therefore give everyone the opportunity to get the results they’re after).
When
Monday, Wednesday & Fridays at 5.15am or 5.30pm.
How long
Each sessions will be 60 to 75 minutes.
Cost
$375
What to expect
Expect to work out in a way that you have never felt before.
This is a tough and uncompromising style of fitness training and you can expect to have to dig deep in every session to ensure you get everything possible out of the training program
Physically demanding, muscular endurance, cardiovascular exercise mixed with bodyweight training and boxing. Hybrid Bootcamp is all that and more.
What will Kettlebell Training do for me
Everyone can benefit from a regular Kettlebell workout: from those who just want to look and feel good, to elite athletes of all kinds.
Primarily a Kettlebell workout will develop your all-important body core – back, hips and trunk. You’ll also burn fat at an amazing rate and exercise your cardiovascular system.
Because you use your whole body to control the Kettlebell you will also strengthen arms and legs.
Why Boxing
Boxing training provides participants with self-confidence, muscular endurance and toning, and let’s be honest … sometimes it just feels good to hit something.
Boxing training compliments the Kettlebell Workout to ensure you maintain a calorie burn for longer.
What to wear
Wear comfortable workout attire consisting of a t-shirt, shorts, tracksuit if preferred, along with sturdy and supportive athletic footwear (running shoe or cross-trainer).
What to bring
Water bottle, a positive attitude, hand wraps and boxing gloves.
Nb: If you do not have your own boxing gloves we will have some for sale on the first session. Everyone must have their own gloves.
Trainer
All sessions will be programmed by Owner/Director Tess Aisthorpe.
